Ok, well unfortunately, this guy who said you cant has NO idea about what he is talking about what-so-ever. You can cancel an AIM Screen Name and it is fairly simple.

1. You have to download yourself a simple program called “TestBuddy”
2. You will have to click My AIM>My Connection.
3. Just type in your username and password (Any AIM s/n you may have will work). Then click OK.
4. At the bottom right of the program it will say “Sign On” Click it.
5. Now, when your in, go up to My AIM>My Administrivia
6. Now you will see a button in the bottom right off the screen that says “Delete Account”. Click this and you will never be allowed to sign back on again.

Thats it. :)! Fairly simple Eh? 😎
