Yahoo Messenger is down world-wide. Germany, UK, Russia etc, and all of US. There was to be an upgrade allowing MSN Messenger users to chat with Yahoo Messenger users.

Other Message Boards are posting rumors that Microsoft is somehow involved. Did Microsoft somehow manage to tamper with Yahoo Messenger in order to elevate it’s MSN Messenger?

Whether this is true or not I do not know – but think about it. World-Wide outage is not just one server – it is ALL of them.
