save a buddy list for each screenname
then sign onto both and load the buddy list of the other sn.

i’ve had the impression that you can’t go past the limit, but you gotta pay lots of attention to the hidden html that’s included in a profile, so if you need to fit more text, just format everything in one font, size, type, etc, or you make sure you avoid changing from bold/italic/underline/size, etc
windows’ defragger recommends 15% so I guess anywhere in that ballpark is good… since you do video stuff, that improves the chances of you having a dvd burner? spend a couple of dollars and buy a few dvd roms to put old data on that you haven’t used in a while but want to keep… it’s good to make backups anyway just in case your harddrive crashes
it doesn’t seem like there’s a way around but any extra space that you could free up would help. Zip files that you dont’ access often, run disk cleanup, delete anything you don’t really need cuz the problem won’t go away if you just leave it like that
i’d guess 48+ hours straight…
last year, somewhere around 12/28-12/29 that time… end of the year, I got soooo little sleep because I had to do college applications and I procrastinate a whole bunch (apps were due 1/1/2004)
I stayed up 2 days straight w/o a nap, and in the morning of that 3rd day, I took like a 4-6 hour nap, then stayed up for another 18 hours or so…not exactly sure if this is exaggeration or not… but this seems to be within the ballpark…
ugh I wish I had deadaim logs at this point cuz i’m sure I complained to a whole bunch of people and I would be able to verify exact hours… (i ended up getting deadaim 1/6/2004)o now that I think about it… I think I did have a 45 minute nap the first day
i ended up getting into northwestern university near chicago, illinois, so I guess cutting my lifespan by a month wasn’t a total waste, right?
I think it would help us all if you clarified as much as you could cuz as of now it’s really vague (even the fact that you want us to help you…)

If you want to remove the sign off sound completely, you can easily do that by going to preferences->Buddy List->Sounds and unchecking the appropriate boxand i’m not sure about this but my hunch is to fix it, you go to preferences->AIM Expressions and uncheck ‘Show AIM Expressions from others’
i don’t htink the port number is the problem. I’m testing it and it’s working for me (although I’m testing it via DeadAIM’s clone AIM and 2 SNs…) although this doesn’t simulate a file transfer between 2 comps, it should show that because of the fact that I can see the files in my shared directory, the port number isn’t a problem for that…
but other then that… I can’t relaly help, sorry
haha… I guess i’m more faithful to CS. then again i’ve only played halo on xbox at friends’ houses…
i’ve had cs a while ago but I got a new comp and I havne’t reinstalled. and as for halo, i’m not sure how different it would be on comp cuz i’d feel a lot more comfortable aiming with a mouse then a joypadhehe ya… I just figured that the only possible reason why he would need to put music up online would be the only reason why I would… for my own personal use (eg to transfer music from one comp to another)
(I guess if he wants to share music with his friends (which is illegal, no?) email wouldn’t work… but I didn’t really know what he wanted to do with music online in the first place)this is extremely fun…
