MemberJust at a guess, I would say it is fake due to the story using pounds.
New Zealand being one of the countries that use the metric system.
Unless i am wrong, this is true, and it was written several years ago wen En Zid did use pounds.

When I was growing up, into my teenage years, In my own specific geographical area, at least 90% of the houses that were quite significantly decorated for this (as the very general opinion is, in my local geographical area) primarily American holiday, were lived in by Americans or Canadians.

MemberHolloween isnt that big in Australia at all.
When we were young an innocent enough we would run up and down the street getting free lollies and things. Taking advantage of the situation. About 1 in 5 wouldn’t belive in Haloween though so that was a bust.
You can always tell who the Canadians or Americans are in a street though. They usually get into the swing and decorate.

MemberSomewhat related, I find sitting on one of those big blow up fitness balls are very good for your posture.

Most Canadians still wont acknowledge that if thier neighbors to the south didnt enter ww2 60 years back them and most of the world would be speaking German.
thank you
bostichInstead of being offended by that, all i will say is that that is very debatable mate. And does that mean you don’t want Australians playing baseball? Or other coutires? What about Japan? Or shouldnt they be allowed to play because they were defeated by the grand old US of A.
Theres no need for that mate, just calm down. You don’t like a certain team? So what? I don’t like the South African rugby team but I don’t make racial slurs or knock them for whatever reason.
Just chill out, mkay?

MemberWoah. I have never seen this sort of hatred towards another team or team’s fan. The wrost we get is jokes.
*ahem*
Why are a sperm and Collingwood Magpie’s fan similar?
They Both have a one in a three million chnace in becoming a human being.

MemberI think they should have gone with a younger bloke. But this guy does seem decent.
Qwerty
MemberIt is quite scary how far they have gone in such short time.
But still cool. 😀
Qwerty
MemberHaha. I know how your feeling mate.
It’s been just 3 weeks since my team lost the AFL Grandfinal by less than a goal.
One of the closest games ever.
But you get over it. Bad luck mate. 😛
Qwerty
MemberAustralia – 3
World – nil
😀
Seriously though, I think the Test will be much closer as its much less of a team sytle in respect to time. The big name batters should get at least double figures… Like Lara and Kallis.:p
Qwerty
MemberIt looks cool. But it’s not something i would want to carry my iPod around in my pokcet in.
Qwerty
MemberWell Sydney won by 4 points. One of the closest Grandfinals ever. Less that a goal. Oh well, maybe next year.
Qwerty
MemberHaha,
I also recomend going to the home page and having a look around the actual site. It’s very good and as young as I am, it does bring back some memories.
