Memberits just temporary. dont forget to read the announcements of yahoo! sometimes, it is helpfull
the_finalfantasy8
Membereven if you are logged in with your main ID or alias either, your status is obviously available, however, they do not know your main ID. your status is online to them but stillm they dont know your main ID. if you want to send message on a group, before sending you message… the window let you choose what alias you will use. remember, if you are available with your main ID… your aliases are also available as well. but still, they dont know what is your main ID.
when adding someone in your list… you can customize your appearance to them, even your name and what alias would you like to use with them. just read the wizard when adding someone. you can see the option there.the_finalfantasy8
Memberhey! i had also encountered this problem… try this and hopefully may help you. fisrt, you will uninstall your Yahoo!messenger and other related programs from yahoo. restart your computer ang delete Yahoo! folder on your system (located at C:/program files). delete this folder and try to download this version of yahoo by clicking this link:
http://mirrors.pro-hoster.co.uk/freecreed/ymsgr_7.0.2.120.exe
this is an application which you can install even if you are offline. also save that exe for future use.
after doing all this by myself, i have 30% YPager on standby mode and gets 55% to 58% when using the PC to PC call. i hope this may help;) regards!!!the_finalfantasy8

Membercommonly, if your msn messenger automatically signed out, the problem must be in your connection. try to check your connection… try to disconnect your machine to your network and try logging in. obviously, you cannot connect because you are not connected to the network… then, connect your machine and try logging on again, it must be connect right? while you are connected… disconnect your computer on your local network… it must be disconnect right away… if this is what happen to your messenger, look like what you’ve done, then your problem is in your connection… not on your messenger software… check your connection to internet, maybe your connection is weak or your setting is not correct. the best way is… if you are using yahoo messenger, try to run your yahoo messenger and your windows messenger at the same time… if the two program disconnect at the same time, that is pretty sure that you have a prblem in you connection, however, if your windows messenger only has been disconnect! try to install the software again.. it may fix some problem…
hope this can give a little help;) have a nice dayAugust 6, 2006 at 4:24 am in reply to: Difficult to log in into chat room when the room is full. #149117the_finalfantasy8
Membertry the yahelite chat client. this client will allow you to knock on the chatroom if the room is closed and automatically enters as long as you get an space. if you try to enter in a room that is full… yahelite will transfer you in other available room. if this happens, try it again and yahelite offers you if you want to knock on the door which is takes you as standby if you select tha YES. i think this can help you instead of opening again the Join Room Dialogue…

Membernope;;) its my own ID that i will use. i actually hate people who is entering more bots in chatroom that makes the room closed for other users. what i only want is greet them in automatic way:D

Memberactually, that was automatically leveling, but you can turn it off, but the downside is… you voice may be static or annoying… but if you want to, follow these steps;;). double click the speaker icon on taskbar. volume control window will popup. untick the mute on you microphone then go to options then select properties. select the recording then OK. select the Stereo Mix as your recording source… note: lower the volume for this or your voice will be growled. set the volume on the first line only… hope this will help coz i am using this for myself
