I suggest everyone goes back to 5.1 if they are having problems with 5.5 .. Cuz to me 5.1 is the best overall.
They don’t cancel your AIM name. It is usually a case where you lose your s/n for 5 days. Then it works again on AIM.

Were some aspects of DeadAIM rendered useless by 5.5.3? No Because DeadAIM 4.5 is made for AIM.5.5.3***

With cloning, do you need separate clients sign onto different screen names? When you clone you press you a button and it gives you another sign on screen to sign on to.. then they all run on your taskbar.
Is it worth $5? Definitely.It removes the advertisement from the buddy list which makes a lot better looking.
Yeah i’m kind of a button-on-the-bottom kind of guy. but ya know at least your smart enough to do something like that.

it is not caused my AIM express although AIM Express does have this feature. AOL also has it. When you have conversations with people, they go under that list and when you start AOL up again they are still there.
I tryed one of those for a lil` while.. but it`s pretty stupid so I got rid of it.. Plus it was using too much room in my profile.
You can only change your AIM expression/sounds if you use the same AIM s/n as your AOL s/n. Or you could make a new sn on AOL and then just use it on AIM.. and whenever you want to change your settings sign on that name on AOL and change it.
It can’t be AIM+.. it doesn’t change your taskbar icon.. Because I had AIM+ and my taskbar icon didnt change.
