I’ve used PSP and PS extensively. I have them both installed on my PC, (legal versions too! ;-)) When you want to touch up a photo or do quick effects to a photo, Paint Shop Pro is the tool. For anything web-based design, including banners, web objects, logos, etc… it’s 100% Photoshop. I think Photoshop CS is about the best-dang software ever created.
I have also tried CorelDraw and Dreamweaver for various projects and for clients who had them installed on their machines, but honestly, Photoshop is the best for me…

Packet8 costs $20 month. For that amount, and unlimited USA minutes, i can spend my time worrying about other things than getting voip for free. 🙂

You want to kick me off your board because i am happy using a single product? the name of the thread here is IMVITE, i am speaking on thread, on topic. Are the rules of this board, that if a senior member doesn’t agree with the posting “on topic” from a newer member, then he has to leave? if that’s the case, i’ll leave. If you want to know my other opinions about things i like, i will post them “on topic” – not on the IMVITE thread.
When someone rights something nice about skype, do you suspect them of “drumming up support” and ask them to leave?
Also, how can you speak for most people here? Has there been a survey? Are the post results available on this server? Anyways, i don’t mean to sound rude, but you sure did above. if that was not your intention, then let’s keep to the facts and leave it at that.

1. check out my review of Mibras in this thread- no comparison, imvite tv wins hands down.
2. Look at the statements of AOL, MSN, ICQ, Yahoo and Google. How are they different than IMVITE’s? Most websites say exactly the same in different words and there are good reasons for that. Welcome to the internet!

Please review these Terms of Service from time to time so that you will be apprised of any changes.I think you may have something ‘in’ from IMVITE because of points you’ve made above, and that’s your right, but i think we also need to be fair and show that this is very standard on the internet.
imvite is a free and easy program to use. i was up and running in litterally minutes – while granted, i’m not a ‘techno superstar’, i found trillian and others to be confounding with uneccesary bells and whistles, and was somewhat confusing to get started.

i downloaded the mibras program. the interface is not very appealing to me. for starters there’s no search controls . It hogs a lot of real estate on your screen, and cannot be resized. the station list is very limited (about 50), and they are all accessed by huge yellow buttons (one button = one station) on the left side frame. it reminds me of apps written in VB 3.0 circa 1992. There’s scrolling news on top with 24pt font (in poor english) that makes me nervous. etc… however, it’s free, and i guess some people will like it.
i added up the stations on imvite tv, and there are about 300 channels categorized by country. i’ve noticed in the past week, they’ve been adding stations nearly every day. they don’t have repeats (like i’ve seen elsewhere), and there’s generally a good variety by country and category. if you are looking for a free tv app, and having the IM with it, then imvite (imvite tv) is the best choice in my opinion.

hey all, i thought you’d like to know that IMVITE just released Free TV & Radio. You can now watch streaming video from your IM. It’s for free and it works.
IMVITE has changed a lot over the last 6 months. They have new management and have really put their act together. The newest version 1.8 is clean and fast and had free audio and video too. I suggest you guys take a look.
