I decided to go with Easy Message. It uses under 600k of my 128 ram when minimized and a little over 8 megs when in use.
do you know which program uses the least memory (RAM)?
and is there any way to add a chat logging feature if the program doesn’t already have it?
Thanks for the suggestions!
could you add a feature so that a small box pops up above the taskbar that shows when a buddy logs on. this is an excellent program you all have developed. but the fact of the matter is that in order to truly excel and attract new users this program must have at least the basic features of AIM. once you can do everything aim does, people will flock in droves. in my opinion everything else is secondary because people aren’t going to use both aim and qnext if qnext isnt satisfying their messaging needs.. i’m looking forward to future revisions. what a powerful program this will be…
by the way, how can I be sure that I have the latest update? my update button is greyed out which leads me to believe that I do.
