I found that the renaming the temp folder in winsxs worked.

Now for those who are complaining about this :

3. Then Rename the file “x86_Microsoft.Windows.Networking.Dxmrtp_6595b64144ccf1df_5.2.0.4868_x-ww_212f7d9e” to “x86_Microsoft.Windows.Networking.Dxmrtp_6595b64144ccf1df_5.2.0.4868_x-ww_212f7d9e2”.

just look for files with the same setup they may have different numbers but look for files with….
x86_Microsoft.Windows.Networking.Dxmrtp at the start and add a 2 at the end. I fopund 2 such files and renamed them with the 2 and suddenly volia the thing installed and ran correctly. 😀
