Hmm i think there might be more going on there …
my forums have had some discussion about buddyspy site
for more detailsThis is Puddy’s posts folks:
(all im receiving is php file as download anybody have any idea as to whats going on now there seems to be alot of us who are getting the samething, posts are on bigblueball.com)
Yar B.S. seems to be downI dont know weather or not Unsakred has done this himself or not, i believe if he was going to close the site that he would post that instead of simply closing it … every link on the forums i also noticed, they all have a different size download. Now i didnt download any of them because simply it is strange and if it has been hacked then there could be security issues there.
I personally dont think the site will be back .. simply because first Yahoo patched the p2p packet (scanning) , and now three days ago Yahoo patched the /goto packet (which is what B.S. uses to see what room a user is in).
It does seem that Yahoo has taken an attack at B.S. but i dont know why
Two posts and that’s a discussion,yours being a slander the other a BS member wondering whats happening. I truely think If Unsakred shut down he would have sent out emails believe me he’s not the type to simply walk away. Why the sudden jump to conclusion Puddy you seem to be the only one. Afraid no will visit your site once everythings up and running again. As for sercurity issues, look to your own site , several BS members had security issues after downloading from you, that’s why folks were warned about downloading the unknown. When your BIG discussion going on over in paddy’s world becomes more than than yourself let me know, I would just love to be in on it.
Sorry folks but this burns me how one programmer can slander another so quick.
did anyone bother to pm unsakred and let him know? when bs stopped working it was a while before he knew because no one told him- he actually said someone should let him know when something is up- i was thinking perhaps one of the admins or someone who knew him personally would be best- i hate to be bothered by people i don’t know.
For all loyal BS members, yes the site is down, reason well like I have said before the server is most likely down. Those of you who have been members for awhile will remember when BS had server problems before. I am confident that all will be up and running again. And that as some have been rumouring yahoo has not shut them down! LOL that one made me laugh nor has yahoo closed the door on BS! Ok way to funny there.
Think people Unsakred was smart enough to come up with a great program to start with, these problems are minor compared to starting from scratch.
I bet in no time BS will be up and running and be even better. I for one will stay loyal and wait til then.Hello. Im new 2 buddy spy and very much a fan. When my buddy spy started acting up I sent unsakred an email, but figured he was just 2 busy trying 2 fix the problems with buddy spy, 2 respond. I just keep checking back 2 c if the problem has been fixed, but now can’t even get into the forum. Guess I will just have 2 b patient a little longer. lol. Have a great day.
Too funny puddy!!! You do need a better restriction of members there. Afraid more of your slander will leak out. Sorry but I think BS members are more loyal than that.
Folks delete this if you must, I do apologize but never have I ever seen someone so quick to slander anothers program for having a problem that is not the programers fault. Yahoos changes have affect most programs related to finding a buddy and not one of the others have slandered each other. To quote someone “work together to find the solution” Which is what I think most are doing.
Keep up the great work a solution will be found
Umm simply_me i dont wana have to tell you this but you got it a bit wrong … see i have never slandered Unsakreds program as you say it, on the contrary on the b.s. forum i have offered my support.

I am an i can and ppl want to know whats going on with Buddy Spy, i’m telling them whats goin on with Yahoo in relation to Buddy Spy.
As for the Buddyspy.com, i really dont know whats going on there i have no clue i like the rest of us can only speculate.simply_me perhaps that should read simple not simply after reading puddys posts i cannot for the life of me see any slander from him towards unsakred or bs you have got your wires crossed badly and are short circuiting your text reads more of slander than puddys really you should read the text not read things into it

These are your words Puddy from your site seems to me, quoting eetee there even a simple minded person can see, no where in there have you stated the problem lies with all simular programs, just BS. Yahoo has done what it states in it’s privacy policy it was not an attack on BS. Yea I’m looking from a programers point of view a quick unsafe fix is not what is needed for those who like and use the program and those like it, a complete fix is called for. Which as any programer knows takes time.
exactly simple so why attack someone who is also trying to fix the problem. what you have done is try and make puddy out to be the aggressor here when you are the one who made derogatory remarks and wrote with an angry pen over something you misread is it because of frustration at not being able to fix the problem or not being able to spy on people?really man do not take it out on others because a program doesn’t work direct your efforts into solving the problem instead of malicious slander and aggression

I’d just like to say that I’m a fan of Buddy-Spy and I am sure I’m not the only one to wonder what happened to the site. Yes, I know the site went down a couple of months ago and as you, I hope it will be up and running in the near future.
So, I decided to visit Puddys-World site to see if I could find anything out there (as a lot of Buddy-Spy members did – because when I last checked there were a few B-S users registered to that site also).
As there was no information, I emailed Puddys and asked him if he knew what what going on… I also asked him if he would consider placing a B-S forum on his site, because I’m sure I’m not the only one out there who really didn’t know where to look for answers or help. The idea was, that if any of the B-S regulars visited the site and happened to know anything about why it was down, they could post their reply there.
Before you shoot me down in flames… I didn’t know about the BigBlueBall site either – it was Puddy who directed me here the day B-S went down.
For the record, Puddy has been helpfull and courtious to any questions I’ve asked… the slating he is getting from some here is not on. I’m sure unsakred would support that also. If he didn’t, he would have removed Puddys posts.
