well, you simply don’t !! … there’s NO way to tell !… you will never know if these people finally added you as a contact or they even rejected your invitation by not adding you … it is SO annoying this bug in WLM8 … Please anyone of you who are reading this post, simply report it to Microsoft WLM8 Support, you may have better luck than me (I tried to use their form, I couldn’t even login, not sure why, still looking at it) 😮

Thank you Benjamin, it’s good to know at least that I’m not the only one with this problem and there’s nothing wrong with my WLM/MSN account or locally with my pc … Anyone of you guys out there knows the URL where I can post this issue to the Microsoft WLM guys so it can be fixed ?… (I just hope they’re aware of this and someone is looking at it) 😮

Yes, it’s a really useful feature if someone i.e. has over 100 contacts… (!) I just want to be 100% sure they can’t see the nicknames I give them. I guess I have to ask some of these contacts to tell me so… Anyone else who has tested that with his/her own contacts ?
