does that only work wiht the latest version of aim? cuz i tried it and when i went to restart aim it generated a problem and wouldnt start up and im running verion 5.1.3036

scooby – i had the same problem with the latest version of aim. i find that aim version 5.1.3036 works best. it doesnt kick you off AS much and doesnt do that thing where it looks like you’re signed on but you’re really signed off.

ok ill try that. i thought of my router and realized this problem started happening as soon as we hooke this router up. maybe thats the cause of this problem?? thanks

ive had the exact same problem. although i like usingthe latest versions of aim i have found it is best to run versionm 5.1.3036 and it doesnt happen anymore. if anyone knows how to fix the problem with the latest version of aim please tell us!
