Thanks to the guys over at WinT’s site I found that it is possible to change the “Offline” that is in the Buddylist window to whatever. I’m using AIM 5.2.3292 and it’s in AimRes.dll -> String Table -> 75 -> 1186.

If you mean changing the yellow post-it note to something else, it is located in Bitmap 200
To change it just select the file on the tree to the left side of Reshacker that the post-it is in, go to Action -> Replace with other resource -> Open file with other resource (select the new pic you want to put there) -> Replace -> Compile -> Save
