Hey, I don’t mind if you guys want to share experiences, but I’d rather not turn the topic into a page full of referral’s for the same site.
Thanks.

Known file sizes on Windows XP are 19,456 bytes (66% of all occurrence), 30,752 bytes.
The program is not visible. You can uninstall this program in the control panel. wlcomm.exe is not a Windows core file.
Some malware camouflage themselves as wlcomm.exe, particularly if they are located in c:windows or c:windowssystem32 folder. Check the wlcomm.exe process on your PC to determine if you are infected. I recommend Security Task Manager for verifying your computer’s security.
Thanks for that link Jeff… thought it might have been interesting to run a report on myself. Although wltrysvc.exe seemed to be potentially dangerous, even with no explanation in the definition, it turns out to be part of my wireless connection.

detn8rParticipantIf I knew how to post news on the home page, I would post this.
detn8rParticipant40-60 posts?! I’ve never seen that in all the spam I’ve deleted. The most I’ve ever seen is perhaps 5-8 threads at a time. And even that, I don’t think they were all from the same IP address.
Has anyone actually done an IP check on some of the address being posted?
The two that I deleted tonight are coming from China.
117.79.73.122
ISP: Beijing Neteon Tech Co, Ltd.123.117.170.69
ISP: Beijing Neteon Tech Co, Ltd.Why don’t we just try and implement email verification again. It didn’t really pick up posting like we thought it might have. The only thing that sort of did pick up, was the spam.
Oh, found a new China carrier;
CHINA RAILWAY TELECOMMUNICATIONS CENTER (222.35.189.118)I know China is a big market, but can we lock out specific ISP’s?
detn8rParticipantThat is so gross… LOL
detn8rParticipantAside from the viagara ads, which were already displayed for months before we caught it.. I mean, the ads are not insulting or anything.. so lets just deal with it.
We could implement the email registration again, which would probably reduce the amount of spam being posted — but honestly.. if your sick of deleting posts and banning people maybe moderating isn’t for you 🙂
detn8rParticipantIt’s never worked in the past. Although they couldn’t “technically” post a link, they still POSTED the spam — just removed http://www. from the link.

I say no on the moderating firsts posts. Although we have active enough staff here.. I absolutely hate it when staff have to manually approve memberships etc. I personally lose interest very quickly.
detn8rParticipantI watched the preview — to me seems like a Rated R film for nudity.. a “poor mans porno” — I’d vote with caution and say no.
I don’t have a problem with the film though, it self *thumbs up* :p
detn8rParticipantWow.. I seen this advertised on NHL.com and ignored it.. but wow. 😛
detn8rParticipantThis is what I see.. I don’t know why but all I get is government cheques, airbrushed bodies, Body Armour clothes … and viagara. Neat afternoon.
detn8rParticipantI thought that ads like that pick up related things on the webpage to generate ads? Where is it picking things up for viagra?
detn8rParticipantYeah… you kinda were 😉 lol
Well, I’ll be in Atlanta, GA from the 14th until 16th, so it would be too tough to take this much time away from work. It’d be fun though, especially Vegas in the winter!
