Of course, you’re assuming that your computer isn’t compromised (via a hardware or software keylogger) or that a video camera above you isn’t watching all your activities.
Using a private vpn (a “trusted” third party) is dangerous because you’re tunneling through someone who claims to protect your privacy but at the same time has access to all your activities.
If you can trust a third party just use SSH tunnels through a free shell provider (Bshellz.net or Silence is Defeat).
If you’d rather go the purchase route I suggest using a cheaper provider than the one recommend by clairX: Santrex Don’t trust me though, shop around!
fukudomeMemberuse Marco Pontello’s Home – Software – TrID (if using windows)
try the file utility (http://unixhelp.ed.ac.uk/CGI/man-cgi?file) on unix like operating systems
maybe it will determine your file type.fukudomeMemberumerhanif;233350 wrote:hello everyone i don’t know where to start.actually i have a western digital hard disk attached with usb while copying some data my computer hanged so i just pull out the usb cable and restart the computer.when again attaching the hard disk it shows no memory from this i got to know that its file system structure has been destroyed so i format it with partition magic and at the end it gives me an I/O error. Then i start the program getdataback to recover the data while scaning the drive it show that there is bad sector in it. i just continue it but the program does not respond so i have to close it.so now the problem is that what to do? repair the bad sectors of the drive first or recover the data.if i repair the drive first can i able to recover the data back.please help me out…………..
i’d recommend using CONVAR & PCinspector Data Recovery Datenrettung recupero dati datarecovery récupération données from another harddrive. That is if XP (your os) can see the drive once its connected. If XP cannot see the drive i don’t know what to tell you.

I really don’t understand much about what I did ,but the system says it is healthy. However, when I go back on-line I keep getting these flags that I am out of disk space. The options I chose for disk 1 were fat 32 because that was what was on disk 0 and Primary, whatever that is, and “SCRUB F” is on the first section and is using 2 GB. I don’t know what that is either. I am over my head with this and any help would be welcome. Thanks, Ron:oYour browser (i’m assuming its your browser that’s complaining because you say “when i go back online”) is still trying to write to your old drive. point your browser’s cache to the new drive.
Firefox has the option to run with “remote” profiles (Moving Your FireFox Profile To Another Drive). I do not know about other browsers.

I’m:confused: what on earth its doing there. It seems to have cropped after installing .NET Framework.I have my Windows in C drive. Can I move it to C.Unless you installed .NET framework to that drive i think its probably just setup files that you should feel free to delete.

For detailed information I suggest you look up information on Trillian’s own forum: Trillian Discussion Forums – Powered by vBulletin
Here are some posts regarding specific protocols:
SMS Contact?? – Trillian Discussion Forums (starts off as a general question then goes straight to AIM)
Google Talk now offers SMS Text Messaging – Trillian Discussion Forums (Google Talk SMS support is non existent, supposedly)

Some places (in the us) only one party needs to be aware that they are being recorded in other states both or all parties need to be aware.

It does not provide very much privacy (all text is sent through mibbit– no direct connections) but if you wanted that you wouldn’t be using irc in the first place.
