UnSakred, will you come up with a way to do that with Buddy Spy? I have asked you before. Just wondering. It would be great if it could be done.kimmy
MemberI downloaded version 2.15 and I am getting a runtime error 429. Active X component can’t create object.

MemberI have been having the same trouble, just recently. However, I don’t know what the heck to enter in the Broadband settings. Do I choose Automatically detect settings? or use automatic configuration script? Also, under proxy server do I check off use a proxy server for this connection. If so, what do I type in the address? Any proxy that is available that I find on the net with the coordinating port, for instance 80.

MemberUnSakred,
Would you eventually be able to come up with something that detects a buddy’s aliases? Or who they are chatting if not in a room but privately?

MemberWhat should happen when I choose to send an im to a buddy? I left click on a buddy and choose send message, but nothing happens.

I tried downloading the version on the website http://www.buddy-spy.com/, however, when I choose download, it asks me if I want to repair or remove buddy spy. THis wouldn’t have anything to do with having two previous versions installed already would it? I have never had problems downloading before.

MemberI have been using buddy spy since the first version came out. I think it is great. However, I am having problems with the latest version. I scanned a buddy and it said online right away. I re scanned and it said offline, and then back to online. I tried using different scanning methods, and of course when I scanned again it went to offline. I decided to try my profile which was offline at the time. When using the invite packet, it says I am online. Peer to Peer gives me offline, and Status packet says i’m online again. I have been rescanning each time rather than clearing the name and retyping it. Also, while using the Status packet method, which shows me as online at one time will show me as offline with a re scan. Which scan method is the best to use which will be the least likely to give a false reading.

MemberHello all, I posted earlier with no responses. When spying on a buddy, I received the infor that he was online and in a chat room. Below that it said that this buddy is in 110. I’m not sure what that means. Is that a room? Does anyone know the answer.

MemberMy log on info is entered. When I click on next, nothing happens, there is no screen change. I have been clicking on next and then going into spy settings. Are you saying my screen should change after clicking next?

MemberI was trying to see if someone was invisible or not. I invited them to conference, and the conference box appeared with my name and thiers. Then a message appeared from this person saying untraceable. I did this several times. I know that normally if they were actually offline and I invited them, a message pops up saying noone I invited is available. But this time it didn’t happen. When I questioned this person, they claimed to have it set on an auto response to say that. I found it hard to believe.
