I guess I should have explained better earlier. The main reason I did not like it was because it kept trying to take over everything. Even after I had set it not to. Finally got tired of it and uninstalled. Does it still do that?

Gaz, 5 people (6 if you count me) are telling you he ISN’T from Yahoo! Don’t worry about him, do what Freddy said and ignore him! He’ll get bored and move on. Anyway, since when did Yahoo have the resources (or will) to moniter chats? And when have you ever seen a real Yahoo ID, let alone a cheesy one with no profile? He is just messing with you still because you got “spooked”.
Not even an availible pic when I checked it out. Doesn’t look like anything to worry about, at least not now.
Tried winamp before and never really cared for it much. But I might be willing to try it again, if someone wants to tell me why it is so good?
It might help if you tell us what type of cam you have. Then maybe someone that has it (or has used it in the past) can help you better. Also, are you using a router, firewall (I hope!), etc.?
Ok, thanks for pointing out what I missed. Yes, I would advise against using outlook, too. As far as not opening mail from people you don’t know, I guess I took that advice for granted. Thanks guys!
Try the “3 finger salute” (ctrl+alt+del). Manually shut down all non-essential items running, then try to shut down. This can also give you an idea of what might be causing the problem, like what Shifter said.

1- Never[/b] open any attachments unless the person has let you know it is coming in advance.
2- Scan all[/b] attached files anyway.Did I miss anything?
