I will concede that there are sometimes civilian casualties during the course of battle — usually referred to euphemistically as “collateral damage.” But that is distinctly different from purposely seeking to kill civilians, as with the train bombings on March 11 in Madrid.
Though the Terrorist who did the 9/11 and 9/3 attacks targetted civilians installations, the Frence Resistance targetted civilian trains because there were supplies on board, they still knew civilians were on them.
@Dragonreborn
I totally agree with you, there is no way to stop terrorism, unless the terrorist agree to stop.Penguin Hunter

There is one difference between Terrorist and Freedom Fighters, the perspective you look at them from. If they are fighting against you, they are terrorists, if they are fighting for you they are freedom fighters. If they fail they are Terrorists, if they succeed they are Freedom Fighter (i.e. the French Resistance.) It just depends where you are seeing them. Neutral countries will see them however the government wants them to be seen.
Terrorism can only be stopped if the Terrorists are willing to compromise, like the IRA. If there is no way to compromise the only way to defeat Terrorism is to give in to every demand people make, which is impractical.

MemberYes, it’s the only way they’ll learn. When you are up against fanatics and people who claim to be fighting for “The People” the only way to get through to them is to fight Violence with more Violence.

MemberMy Question is not pointless.
Quick question to detn8r, if you worship your God so much, why, in your signature, do you call yourself EvilDet?

The Questions means, should we believe in God(s) just incase they do exist so you don’t get send to hell. If you agree that believing in God(s) just in case is a good idea select one of the “Yes” answers, if you think your shouldn’t just believe in God(s) just incase select “No” and if you think I’m going to go to hell for asking a Blasphemus question select “No! Your going to go to hell, may Beelzebub burn you in hell for you blasphemy.”, which would indicate that you do belive in God(s) otherwise it wouldn’t be Blasphemy. (Which also answers Faizan)Penguin Hunter
MemberWhy do these people that have voted not say anything? Nobody will Ridicule you.

MemberOk, you are right. I’ll go back to a question I asked in mt first post then. How is the site an offence to democracy and god?
Penguin Hunter
MemberOoops! I forgot to read the part where I put that…hmmm…I’ve reread it and I don’t seem to be able to find it…hmmm…nope it isn’t there. I Will say part of it now though our lives are worth a lot more than those of people who don’t think human life is worth anything, like those who organised the attacks and all Terrorist everywhere.

MemberQuote:quote:you are promoting unjustified intercultural hate, and therefore, terrorismI think you are wrong; the ones who are promoting unjustified intercultural hate are the ones who did the attacks. The site does not promote terrorism, terrorism is already with us, the site forces us to remember what happened and helps us realise that the only way to stop that kind of violence is with greater violence. The people who did the attacks on the Twin Towers and the Pentagon felt no remorse that they would be killing thousands of innocent people, that’s how we differ from them we do, but that doesn’t mean we should fight with all our hearts and soul.
Quote:quote:Everything in that site, is offensive to democracy, to god…How is that so? The site tells us that democracy and God will help us in our fight against terrorism. That site is a fitting tribute to those who died on September 11th and reminds us that we are at war for a real reason, not for oil, not so George Bush can finish what his dad started, but to fight for the freedom of everybody from Terror, Persecution and Oppression.
