Ofcourse, he’s a bum buddy of Patchou, the Messenger Plus! authour who in turn is also the business partner of the same guys behind C2 Media (lop.com, the spyware company) and who are also behind the very lame Palfun addon for AIM. It’s my opinion that they tried to tarnish my reputation as payback for forcing them to change the skin format in Palfun that they ripped from aiMutation which also gave them a ton of bad publicity. In short, there’s no truth in it, I write my own code as can be clearly seen in the aiMutation source code.”I’m not sure about M:M for MSN messenger but as far as i know this is not an MSN messneger section…I know that the codes for AIM are real although they are probably basically the same as AIMutation, and further more, there has been no actions taking again Maurizio for “stealing codes for MSN m:m. You can accuse anybody of anything. I could say Dead aim stole my ideas for their program! dosen’t make the statement true. If he did steal the coding he sertainly would not be selling the product any more, somebody would have probably shut him down by now.

The beta has supposively been done for a while, but was just released after i posted that article on their site. The person who hacked into the forms, justin and jason, were caught and banned from the sites on their names so now longer have access to the beta forums because dead aim patched it. The beta download could be cracked easily..Theres a link to it in one of the screenshots if you want to give it a whirl all thats protecting it is a password, I personally wouldn’t waste my time but if you want give it a try.

It’s not egxactly a rip off,more like mis-leading and a waste of $5, it’s taken them nearly a year to put out a new version (which is not even out), and they did this on purpose so that peoples subscriptions would expire so they have to re-purchase it. Most people won’t think about it and will just say “oh i like the program let me buy it again”. As SOON as this article was created Jim (the coder for dead aim) magically re-appeared from his hole after about a year, and announced that the new beta was out. I just thought people would like to know that they’ve paid for a year of updates, but in fact did not actually get any updates. The article is more to inform people about their tatics. They also talk about stealing codes from AIMutation and other programs and adding their codes to DeadAim to make it skinable and other things.
I have no idea why you posted the convo, Jdennis already knows that he hacked it..It was in one of the screen shots i put up…
edit: and i also think its funny how after i posted this on their forum i was banned without them even saying “thats not true”…

The beta post, the link is good as far as i know but it is password protected so theres no use in trying it.
True it is not free, but because it’s not free it’s better, M:M is a lot better then AIMutation, and the only thing that AIMutation has on M:M is the fact that its free. But if you remember at thestart AimMutation wasn’t free.
or you can get an aim add-on like M:M, M_M, AIMutation, or even dead aim if you wanna completley waste $5.
I’ve used all 3 of them and if you ask me Messenger:Mate is the best out of all of them, and M:M is advertised on AIMutations site because they have nothing against Maurizio.
I don’t think they told the users, I know one of the gmail staff members and he told me, so unless something happens that allows them to not go live they are gonna.
Messenger:Mate kicks ass and is well worth the $5, if you get it i’d send it in. New versions are release all the time.
Oh and chicken about your sig, you can take that gmail invite thing out. On April 1, 2005 gmail is gonig public and invites will no longer be used.
Messenger:Mate is not free, it’s $5 just like dead aim for a year of subscriptions, but unlike dead aim its updated CONSTANTLY and new version are put out ALL the time to sign up for it go to http://www.versoworks.com/members/signup.php?r=723. It’s WELL worth the $5 and if you refer a friend(get a new person to sign up for it) you get an extra 2 months free! and as of right now is THE ONLY aim-addon that works fully with 5.9
If you could implement it yourself then yeah it would be, but otherwise nope gotta go with an addon. I use Messenger:Mate for that.
The person who gained access to this hacked into it, it took him a very long time. I also think its VERY funny that as soon as i posted that link on their site Jim comes back and says they are going to start testing a new version. I can assure you 100% that that web page is authentic and 100% truthful. When i posted it Jim or another mod just simplely deleted it, if it wasn’t true wouldn’t they have just said “thats simpley not the case”?. If you don’t want to beleive that article you don’t have to but it is true i assure you taht. If any of you don’t want to re-purchase dead aim because your subscription is up i suggest purchasing Messenger:mate, it’s a new aim add on coded by the coder of AIMutation Maurizio, he left AIMutation and made his own program that is amazing. check it out at http://www.versoworks.com It’s $5 the same price as dead aim and a new release is put out all the time, unlike dead aim.
I will ask if i can post a screen shot of the person who hacked into the hidden forums postign in them, and the person does not hate Dead aim, he’s a very active member of the forums, he just thought people should know that dead aim is screwing them over. If you do not beleive me then thats your choice, all i can do is tell you its real, i know both of the people who hacked, and made this article and can vouch for both of them that they are not lieing.
