I tried some raw fish in this sushi place awhile back.. doesn’t sound horrid but to someone who hates seafood it was like taking a jump off the Empire State Building.. (Also, mental note..decline offers of dinner from members of BBB) :p
I don’t think Taco Bell is REALLY considered Mexican..lol j/k (i do make a run for the border occasionally). I love Mexican food. Rarely do I turn down the chance to try something new. I agree w/Rustedtight, i’d love to see an ethiopian recipe.
Even if you ignore someone and your online indicator is posted on your profile they can see when you are online. From my experience with yahoo they cannot send you any messages, but say you are playing a yahoo game and you’re not running messenger – they can send you a message. Hope that makes sense and helps.
Ok I’m a total geek but when I’m really bored I’ll visit http://www.uproar.com and play something like Family Fued.. I miss those old game shows 😮
I use Yahoo the most only because I’m online all day at work. None of the other programs will work thru my firewall. At home.. sometimes I use MSN.

– On a public computer at an airport or other public place
– At a friend or relative’s house
– Using a loaner computerBesides clicking on individual names in the room and ignoring them I don’t believe you can ignore “all” of those id’s unless you choose the preference to ignore anyone not on your friends list.

OK, since I didn’t voice my opinion in that last post I wanna put an extra 2 cents in 😀 I think a Member of the Month is such a good idea. What a good way to meet new people!!

Instead of going about this by viewing his cam without permission or using some sort of spyware, why don’t you create another ID and talk to him that way?
Is it possible your ‘friends’ computers have some sort of parental filter? Depending on how their internet is customized it just may be blocked that way.
Why does it matter how old the topic is if it’s not closed or locked why can’t someone comment on it if nothing has been implemented yet?
I didn’t see a poll, I don’t see a Member of the Week anywhere, so it’s still open for conversation if someone wants to say ‘hey that’s a good idea’ right? Yes, (i think) it’s been decided it’s going to happen probably at some time, but do you get my point on being negative if someone posts a comment before there is a finished result?
Can you access the internet in general? At work I have a firewall but I can still log on by using the Firewall w/no Proxies or Use Proxies preference. Look to see what connection is being used in Internet Options and duplicate the settings. Type the Server Port & Number in your yahoo preferences and see if that works.
