My question is along the line as Stinkyfeet’s. But I have’nt blocked this person.
I took a person off IM[windows Live]but want to keep him as a mail contact so I don’t want to block him. I took him off,yet he still see’s me and has IM’d me 3 times. I show “so & so is not on your contact list.Would you lke to add him?” when he comes on IM.
Hope this makes sense……and hope it was OK to post in this thread.

My neighbor is just pure “pest”. He can’t/won’t keep a job and is bored 10 minutes after he wakes up.
So, I get the knock on the door…..even as late as 9:30pm.
“I’m bored/ can I have a cigarette/can I have a dollar/can you give me a ride”?
No liscence,either.

Can’t walk my dog without fear of him seeing me and running over to gab or bum.

Wish I’d have known this was a widespread problem yesterday. Thought my PC mighta had a bug?
Just would’nt sign me in. Tried “troubleshooter”/”repair” and checked everything they recommended.
All my firewalls had messenger ‘approved’.
