Sometimes, the default server doesnt work, you might try changing the server.
In the next release, I will have a server list for you to choose from.
Here is what the next release will look like,
Release date should be either late tonight, or Sunday Afternoon.September 25, 2004 at 11:47 pm #71778

As Before, Please let me know if you want anything else added.
Or if there is a bug, etc. etc.September 26, 2004 at 11:33 pm #71753
i have tried the new version, can't get it to workSeptember 26, 2004 at 11:44 pm #71754
do I have to get rid of the other one, to make the new one work?September 26, 2004 at 11:51 pm #71747
I dont understand what the second box is for under spy settings/ user settings, when I add a list of names it keeps saying an error has occured??? works fine when I just use one name in the little box above that though.
Is there any option to scan an id with a delayed time interval, like the one on the Y!Inviable scanner thing- a bit of a bad description sorry,
keep up the good work 😉September 27, 2004 at 12:09 am #71687
Yes, when im not so sick, ill be adding the program options setting.
Which will have delayed time for scanning, program skinning.
And things of that nature.
I have re-uploaded the alpha, sorry, I accidently uploaded an older version lol.
eh, ish happens, right?
Lacey, please give a more detailed description as to whats not working.
ThanksSeptember 27, 2004 at 1:20 am #71755
I get to the user name settings box, and click Next, nothing happens. What goes into the User Settings box under Spy settings?? I put a name in to check and I get this error : Run-time error ‘10061': and under it , it says Connection is forcefully rejected. what does that mean, and what can I do about it??September 27, 2004 at 2:11 am #71688
If the error happens when you click next,
And you get the error “forcefully rejected” re-open the program and try another server.
If that fails, make sure your firewall settings are correct.
Or else it will reject any inbound / outbound communication associated with the application.
I am re-uploading the program that will now spit out an error log.
If the error happens again, with the new build, post the contents of the error log.
ThanksSeptember 27, 2004 at 2:33 am #71847
ok I clicked on that site u had and it asked what I wanted it opened under so I did yahoo messanger and it shows my im but your site was blank ok maybe im computer illiterate but I really dont know what is supposed to happen lolSeptember 27, 2004 at 2:56 am #71781
Everything is fine in both cases, one ID scan and multiple ID scan, until I click “check” the 2nd time:
Run-time error ‘35602'
Key is not in collection
and Buddy Spy crashed.
Same error on different Yahoo servers. I got “error ‘35601' Element not found” the first time I started but can't make it again.
