Who is this “you” that you mention? No one ever said Yahoo should add it as a feature. What was stated was that Yahoo doesn’t have everything it should have. Yet you seem to think it does!

Why? How bout if you have family that lives far away that you rarely see in person?
Yahoo takes forever to add options they should have already. And if you think that Yahoo adds everything that is needed, then tell me why you can still get booted by other people (anyone that has the whim, not just the people that should be able to)? Therefore you have other apps like YTunnel.
If you are worried about someone “getting back” at you or “threating” you, don’t do wrong things on a webcam! Sure, record my webcam! You will be bored to tears!
I agree, that is why I just thinned out my Yahoo list(my bigest one). If anyone else wants to, go here.

If you didn’t, Yahoo 5.6 might leave some old settings and such behind…
Was the sound like Yahoo’s cowbell.wav? Maybe you should do what Coolguy said and check your messenger settings/files.
And while we are talking about Yahoo messenger sounds, is it no longer possible to “send” the wav files any more? Ever since 5.6 was installed it hasn’t worked for me. 🙁
At least you guys get something! I don’t get anything if the user is not in chat or room is full. Nothing at all. It would be nice to get something, no matter how sketchy!
(I have even tested it with someone that I know was not in a room at that time, still nothing. Not even “User not in chat”. Sorry I did not say this earlier!)
