Yeah.. even the new Y! Beta shows the actual id of the person whom we are chatting with, I tired but there seems to be not workaround for this… it this is incorpotated into the Y! Beta it would be good…
It will probably be in the Final Version of Y! 6

Yes… THere seeems to be a problem while sending URLs I tried sending URL’s and my friend has not receivid it… but it is okay when I post some thing like http://www.bigblueball.com …
Direct links to files seems to be a problem, my be yahoo has done it to stop people from running “malicious code” or Hijacking peoples ids…
And has anyone noticed that Y! Beta is taking up around 25Megs of RAM with LaunchCast Radio playing??

The problem with the avatars is not very widespread, and it is not a system problem, it has got something to do with the yhaoo servers itself. I live in india and 40 of our class mates are using the Y! Beta and we are on almost all the time… We never had single problem with the avatars, but has some initial problems with the Audibles which corrected themselves the nest day…
A friend of mine who lives in california reported some problems with the Avatar… my guess is this might be a bit location specific
Any ideas…. ?

A lot of times the word “cracked” has been flung about… I have heard of cracked programs and software,
what is this cracking id’s :confused: This is the first time I am hearing this…
How or what is done when an Id has to be cracked??
Where can I get some dope on this… Ignorance aint bliss anymore…:)
