i cant actually decide, because not to long ago there were 2 programs on the discovery channel one convinsed u it was real and the other was sure that it was not, after both of them I have no idea really I dont lol thinking of this actually gives me a headache :p
i dont know bout anything you alreadyhave on your computer but paintshop pro is great I use it for all my graphics, although it is expencive you can download a trial version from there website.. http://www.jasc.com then click on products there newest is paint shop pro 9 I havent got it yet but compared to the rest it should be really good 🙂 hope this helps xx

theyve got all of those, I can get on to phonefox.com then I login and I get this:
