I don’t know about but it does sound like a server problem. I have been seeing people on my list and the next thing i know i get a notice they have just got online. It gets a bit confusing wondering who is on and is not.

Another thing that is getting really annoying is the offline messages coming up over and over again and they are the same ones.

I got a wierd message yesterday saying that a log reached it’s limit on wml and it wanted to know if i wanted to delete it or move it somewhere else. That was the first time since I’ve been using Instant messengers i ever seen that.

I use gmail. I Haven’t ran across that problem. Try renaming your contacts from the list and see it that solves the problem. Also if you are using an addon try uninstalling it and reinstalling it.

I have a suggestion. I have found a messenger friendly virus scanner and it’s pretty good. Norton gave me a headache. I had Norton’s Internet security and it about drove me insane. I gave it away after paying 80.00 for it. Windows One Care Live is really good. If you like to give it a try you can go to the microsoft url and download it.

If you’re referring to Triton i don’t recall seeing it. I could be wrong though. I installed it and uninstalled it the same day when it did nothing but cause me grief.

I had the same problem with me and my cousin it has something to do with a time server. The server her aim connected to timed out constantly.

I can’t either. haven’t been able to in months.
