IE rules nutten better… seriousely but tha 1 thing i hate bout it is that more pop ups pop up then any other of the browsers there are.

see, i have just recently added a new custom emoticon and tested it out. i put it in the folder then restarted msn.
it didn’t work.
i see why.
i think it’s cause when i just simply PLACE the emoticon there, i don’t give it a code,
(i.e: [X-(] ) and that’s y its not working. but it IS working for the display picture and backgrounds, however.
Help???
