just because Word Perfect types papers, does that mean it stole code from Microsoft Word? NO! It doesn’t! Two different programs that do the same thing, in this case have a proxy between client and server, can have completely different code… what you’re doing now is just insulting Fixer with absolutely no reason or substance. You’re just looking for more wayt to try to insult him, and its childish, rude, and pointless.
This is the kind of thing that has in the past gotten people banned and gotten topics deleted. I’d suggest not talking about something you can’t prove.
Yeah, like I said before, it DOES happen… and it sucks… I won’t speculate the truth or lack thereof. I think its probably true but why argue about it. Just let it happen. I look forward to it coming out, and I hope that he does prove that it’s not a hoax
Well, the question is, “Why do people use aim?” so I’d assume that getting to the real reason would require “votes” in a way, to see why most people use it, so I think that it DOES actually add to the chat
This may sound like a dumb question but… have you restarted? Sometimes that “magically” fixes stuff.
I used it just fine when I’d just been using computers for a week… so hey… can’t be that complicated. User friendly is good, but not when you sacrifice quality

If you change the color, size, or font face, it has to add in html formatting. Since TNR, 12, black is default, it doesn’t need formatting tags.
Well, ICQ started before all of them, but its practically died out, which is unfortunate… I loved it back in the day, but its just bad now… I do still prefer the idea of it and the way it functions, but… *sigh* its gone way downhill
I think it might exist, I’m still hopeful. I wish he would release it… and I DO KNOW that data CAN be lost in a move if certain things happen. Just moving isn’t going to crash anything, but it can happen, depending on what type of move it is. I’ve personally lost data when trying to move through the OS to another location. I’ve also lost data when physically moving the drive itself to another computer and some hardware was damaged in the computer and it fries it… there are a lot of possibilities.
I haven’t heard anyting about it NOT being released, but speculation is running wild on the boards lately.
I don’t personally use it anymore, but when I tried to use it earlier it wouldn’t work at all, it might be a problem on their end.
