They are using a 3rd party chat client that allows avitars . there are at least 6 that i am aware of ( cheeta chat,Y!mlite, JAM, Quick chat,Yahelite,and Ychat. look here and you can find out more about the chat clients http://www.chat-help.co.uk/

True If you use Ytunnel and cloak you normal Id ( use an alises under your normal chat name the cloak aint worth turning on ) to Cloak ytunnel make a totally new Id add one letter to your normal chat id make this an alises under the new account cloaking will help then ,but dont give out the new name or answer pm’s under the real account name always change to the cloaked id .
Becool just shows the song your listening to in the status bar it doesnt broadcast it Are you tring to play songs in chat ?
Gaz just ignore them they will get tired and go away , the old saying Kill them with Kindness works the best Dont let it show that they are bothering you and soon they will get tried of it and leave you alone .

Didnt they fix that The trogan I mean . My question is why run two yahoo messangers ? trillain will let you log as many yahoo ids as you want all on one messanger so use yahoo for one and trillain for the second ,third ,forth as many as trillain will allow I guess. only two reasons i could see needing two yahoo messangers running on one machine is husband & wife or mother/father and a child or your using booters But only one can use the key board at a time or you are sharing one tower with two monitors, key boards and mouses .not very likely but It is possible .
I have seen that happen in 3rd party chat clients but never in messanger , could be a glich in yahoo.In 3rd party chat clients its done to prevent some of the booter expoilts, The first post animates after that they dont .

You can see an Ip using netstat but if it starts with 216 more than likely you have a yahoo server Id and not the persons Ip, which Is pretty much useless unless your a hacker or cracker ( there is a diffrence ) In any case Ip change with every dail up connection, cable,and dsl can be a static Ip or revoling meaning they change at rates from every 5 seconds to every 12 hours . So knowing someones Ip is no great thing. Yahoo Uses servers to connect you to messanger , chat etc. you can see an Ip if you are viewing a web cam or in a file transfer,then you and the person are directly connected hence showing real Ips both ways. Now to address the fact that your computer could be used as a sever you would either have to download a sever app or you have a trogan horse program on your pc. a good pratices is to do online anti virus scans and trogan horse online scans once a month Its a good way of double checking that you havent accidently downloaded a virus or trogan horse .panda offers a free online scan for viruses and sygate offers a online trogan scan , or you could use google and search for others .

You should be able to find all the chat room listed on Y!mlite same as messanger it says disconnected right ? its not highlight the group the list will fill in .or try going to help in Y!mlite and click on chat help another forum for yahoo chat help .
You could also use trillain with an other id , this would mean you would have to make another yahoo name.( not really a hard project )To send your self a message step by step would be create a new name under the name you already have open a pm with out highlighting any of your freinds the to box will be empty fill in your id on the send side use the drop down arrow to change to the new name that youve made and type a message .A new im will open from the name you selected to you .also you will see the first Im so doing it to your self doesnt make much sence but thats step by step on how to do it , ( why not ask a trusted freind to do the Im , Just a Idea )
