I dont know what might be causing your problem but a few weeks ago i experienced a problem with my audibles.i couldnt use anything else but the Hello ones,it just wouldnt change to the other ones.but the problem seemed to solve itself cause they work just fine now.so what can i say?a server problem?it must be an external error,i’m sure.anyway best of lucks π
StrigoiMemberYeah you’re right that does work π many thanks!
StrigoiMemberGod i’ve seen so many posts on the site about people having problems with Logitech webcams.why do you keep buying them if they suck??I have Creative and it never failed me.Anyway best of lucks!
StrigoiMemberI have the game too,not so “pleasing” as Trackmania sunrise though, you cant do those stunts tracks which i miss…The thing that i dont understand is why cant i customize my car?I paint it,do it as i want it and then when i want to save it tells me its a read-only file…WHY???:((
StrigoiMemberI stopped using Yahoo homepage a long time ago.My yahoo is my homepage now.looks better,i can structure it myself, pick what i want, make it how i like it.Yahoo needs a change really,it was the same old thing for way to long but this is not the way to do it,it all looks pushed together, there are no separation, delimitation marks to organise things on the page.makes me dizzy really…I’ve recently looked at the My MSN page too,it also lacks options, especially in the “service” department but it definitely looks rounder, more colourful, even more interesting, despite the informational downside.
Bottom line is that Yahoo desperately needs a new graphics team and MSN needs a better PR manager cause it surely doesnt please me πStrigoiMemberSatanRulez ? π
StrigoiMemberHave you tried checking if the Yahoo messenger is setted to view your webcam?See what it says in Y! Messenger Properties,Webcam,Camera Source.IF all is in place try this link https://bigblueball.com/forums/yahoo-messenger-support/32784-webcam-trouble-3.html we’ve talked about some webcam problems there,i hope it helps you somehow π
StrigoiMemberYou know,if it were illegal i’d be queen of all jails by now π
But seriously try to take all measures of protection, just for you and your wife’s mental tranquility.other than that enjoy, its not illegal til you try to make a minor strip for you or something.
ps:i might be paranoic but even when the cam is off i still have it pointing upwards to the ceiling…just dont like that thing staring at me πStrigoiMemberhey i wrote something about this topic here https://bigblueball.com/forums/yahoo-messenger-support/34346-what-signs-yahoo-profile-has-been-deleted.html
have a look and hopefully it’ll clear things up a bit for you πMarch 5, 2006 at 12:04 pm in reply to: What are the "signs" that a Yahoo Profile has been deleted? #139355StrigoiMemberIf a profile has been deleted, you’ll get this message when trying to view it:
Sorry, the page you requested was not found.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Please check the URL for proper spelling and capitalization. If you’re having trouble locating a destination on Yahoo!, try visiting the Yahoo! home page or look through a list of Yahoo!’s online services. Also, you may find what you’re looking for if you try searching below.
If you just cant find a certain profile,if there’s nothing showing up in the search window, try logging out, that usually works.i dont know why but it does…a second try should bring it up.
Another reason could be that the person has chose not to put his profile in the public member archive and you cant help that.
Hope this was useful πStrigoiMemberMy pleasure π
StrigoiMemberLol open your internet browser go to that specific address, copy it and then go to the status “editor” and since you cant right click and paste your link there, hit CTRL + V. it WILL work π
StrigoiMemberHAHAHA guys here is the solution.i had this problem too but nobody was able to give an answer so i tried to find a solution for myself.
The idea is this:in order to run your webcam properly you have to have the proper yahoo webcam wrapper installed in your “DOWNLOADED PROGRAM FILES” folder in WINDOWS.the thing is that they say you should download one wrapper for Messenger 7 and another one for Messenger 6 from this link http://help.yahoo.com/help/us/messenger/win/webcam/webcam-18.html for version 6 and from this link http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/messenger/webcam/webcam-47777.html for version 7 but my problem was that no wrapper was downloading for version 7 so i finally ended downloading the wrapper for version 6 even though i have Yahoo! Messenger 7.in order to make this work though, you have to sign out and close messenger on your computer go to C:WINDOWSDownloaded Program Files and delete the old Yahoo! Webcam wrapper.download the new one(even though its the same freaking thing),restart your computer (just in case) and try out your cam over the net.it WILL work! -
