I did all that kicking and swearing right after the repairman said it would be $70.00 plus tax just to come out and look at it. The flippin thing is only six years old, so yes I tried the kick and swear thing.
Back on topic… I still can’t find the actual delete part on my posts. It just keeps giving me the box to edit the text within my posts. No four options showed up for advanced mode either. What am I missing???:(

I did hit the edit button yesterday, hoping that a “delete” option would be available. If I had hovered the mouse over the edit button again I would have seen the delete! Duh!
Nope, I didn’t double post. I would have owned up to that. I hit the submit button once and watched (in horror) as my post flashed up on the screen twice – page two first then page one! I was getting worried that it was just going to keep putting up the same post ad nauseam!
Now that problem is settled… do you have a fix for my washing machine? It broke yesterday too!

I turned out to be a “Puddin Twinkle Toes!”

Just a thought; I could be out in left field but…
Right click on the program you downloaded, select properties, and see if there is a box with a tick in it that says “blocked” because it came from another computer. If it does say that, then tick the “unblock” box and select ok.
I often have to “unblock” things I download and save on my pc.;)

I’m glad you updated this one. I was wondering how things had turned out. Perhaps you would have been one of the ones “let go” if you had made waves! I do applaud your patience and willingness to stick it out. Definitely a sign of a good worker. I’m happy this worked out well for you.

I hope you meant you “really” want honesty.
First, definitely cool looking. However, you may want to add some kind of heads up info as to what the site is all about. You explained it better here at BBB than you did at Source SDK.
I would suggest you add a description of what the site is about at the top of the page. I wasn’t sure of what to search for, or what exactly the site was offering.

Mostly I’m glad that you get involved and talk to us regular members here at BBB. A lot of forums don’t have any interaction with “the boss.” It’s good that you get involved with conversations and answers here. It shows you really do care about what you have created.

First off, I am not a sports fan, so this was painfull (sorry).
I did a google search and turned up nothing. I then clicked on your links and got to those pages without getting the “temporary font” box that you did.
So, I’m thinking; “Is it possible that you have deleted (or possibly) corrupted one of the default XP fonts?
Now, I must admit I am not using IE beta 7 so maybe that has something to do with it.
I had wondered about something like that shortly after the attack had happened. Many years ago there was a famous attack on a civilian ocean liner (Luissitannia -spelling?) that got the US involved in the second world war. That attack was appearantly known about ahead of time by the British government, who did nothing in the hopes that this would get the Americans involved and turn the tides in the War.
Now, obviously you would hope in this day and age that this sort of government thing couldn’t happen. And the odds are against it. But, it is not impossible… which is the frightening thing. Believing that governments are self regulated and non corruptible would be naive.
How does that saying go? Money corrupts, and power corrupts absolutely… or something like that.
Perhaps, it was just what it was… a sad sickening act of terrorism. Perhaps, there is more to it. I doubt I will know the answer to that in my life time, but the truth will come out… what ever it happens to be.
