Nice work Unsakred!! I got a comment the other day that you make the best light colored skins and I make the best darker/bright skins… I’m having a problem, not sure if it’s something in my pc? I downloaded the purple one and it’s very blue instead of purple, wondering if it’s color settings or something? My settings are at 24 bit true color…
Hi Welcome to BigBlueBall! Some more info would be helpful, such as what exactly ad-aware found… the more details you can give us the better. This forum is for yahoo messenger, but i’m sure one of the mods will point you in the right direction… they are very helpful… good luck!

lol that sounds too complicated for me UnSaKreD… but then that’s yahoo for ya…. Anyway I finally finished the one I’ve been working on, and I think it’s my best one so far, Queeenzblue. I’m thinkin of making this skin in more colors, not sure which ones yet. Took me 3 days to get this one right, so it’s time for a break… Check it out, hope ya like it… lemme know what colors you want!:p
Um as far as I know there is no way to change the buddy list background… I think Nicks is still white, unless he has found a way to change it somehow…. I know the white is ugly, I would love to change it!
You say you started both programs… you aren’t running them both at the same time are you? That could cause problems…Also make sure you don’t have any other applications running at the same time…. I have them both installed and haven’t had any problems yet… Love em!
You can use skins on the new messenger, but not the ones for the old version… make sure you have the new ones… I have some on my site, and a few other people have made some too… they are posted in this forum… when you download them, make sure there isn’t a 2nd folder inside the skin folder… check this out to see how it should look after you unzip them…

There are online status checkers that will tell you if someone is online (even invisible)… My advice is put him on your ignore list if you don’t want to talk to him, and check out the Deny A Buddy Program… theres posts about it somewhere, not sure as I have never used it…
Hunter green is now up, as well as the vortex green that blink was looking for…. 😉 links are in my signature…
As for drawings around the borders… not really lol… it is 3 or 4 pixels wide and it repeats itself… whatever you can fit in here…
Happens to me a lot too but think about this… when you are typing something, do you ever pause, then finish typing? It’s probably that they type something, stop for a few seconds, then finish typing and send it.
Here is an example where a skin should go, this shows the skin ‘blue’… make sure there is only 1 ‘blue’ folder, and inside that there are 66 or so files… not another folder[/b]… try that, see if it works….
*Hint for cleaning up the buttons*You can use the transparent color (ff00ff) but that doesn’t always work. Most of the time I use whatever my background color in the xml file is…

Everybody else, thanks for the suggestions… I’ve had several requests for different shades of green, so I will be working on one or two of those soon… I am planning a vortex green, I could do the orange too… :)Pretty easy to change the vortex ones because I just have to change 1 color through the whole thing

Um blink, might be a stupid question, but if you want more screen names, why not just make up some new ones instead of asking people for old ones? Not like yahoo has any shortages of names….
