Gah, I found out what it was. It was my cell phone. I have message forwarding enabled and it came on my buddylist when I turned my phone on. Sorry for the trouble.

I think they’d conflict with each other. I couldn’t get DeadAIM to work with my reshacked AIMRES.DLL file and had to restore the original. So I’m sure it wouldn’t work with another AIM addon.

I have a buddy who has AIM 5.5 and WinXP. She says there isn’t even a Live Video option in her Preferences. Is this option only there if AIM detects a webcam? Even if she doesn’t have a cam, shouldn’t I be able to broadcast my cam image to her?

I don’t believe they do have webcams, but that shouldn’t stop me from sending my webcam image to them. In MSNM it doesn’t matter if the other person has a cam. They can still receive my webcam image. Isn’t AIM that smart?
