It takes almost 2-3 minutes to process a page on here at this very moment.
And yes it’s only this site, rest are lightening quick, on fiber connection.

Could be a number of reasons, yahoo! closed many features of yahoo messenger without a single update to the messenger itself, this means the current latest build is trying to use features that just don’t exist anymore which could cause it to crash unexpectantly.
I wouldn’t be surprised if yahoo! Messenger was discontinued soon with many other yahoo departments.
If you still want to try it, try re-installing the latest Yahoo! messenger and install the klite codec full pack.
I’d imagine that is IM+’s job to maintain the newer skype MSNP connection, if it’s still using the older one then it’s pretty evident it will run into issues since it’s not supported anymore officially.
However the MSNP used for the old wlm should still work until early 2014 stated @ Live Connect Developer Center

The windows live messenger application will be blacklisted at the server level
This means adium, pidgin etc will work for the near future even though windows live messenger does not.
But i’d imagine this is will just be for another year/two at best.
It’s the new Yahoo! Mail look and i agree it does look like it’s 10 years old but it’s just one part of Yahoo! consolidating it’s finances and cutting back.

The post you were replying to was nearly 5 years old and Yahoo has changed a lot since then, i suggest you open your own thread with your new problem as any solution here will not work in todays yahoo profile system.

Please don’t keep posting the same thing over and over, specially posts of a malicious nature.
No need to shout, anyways yahoo has always had the last say on what works and doesn’t work on yahoo, that includes booters or any other applications that get some breathing time in the public.
Memory or fast internet will do nothing to stop any booting, anybody who thinks otherwise doesn’t understand what serverside means.
Yahoo servers have transfer rules and if a data stream becomes too high the server will release the client (you) when they should be releasing the (sender) them, but they have multiple connections so you get “booted/Released” from your connection to yahoo chat.
This has happened for years and these kids will always mess about with it, but there are always methods to thwart such action as no matter how smart these kids booting think they are, there is always people smarter then them, the evolutions of many anti booting methods over the years confirms this.
Y! Tunnel is also a discontinued software so you should “not” expect it to be compatible with latest yahoo changes.
