I did some checking and I can not find where msn offers an auto response for email. but you can leave your messenger on i believe with a away from office message if that helps. or I think you can put whatever message you want like gone home for the day. good luck in solving your problem.
I am sure there maybe programs that will allow those you have blocked to see many things but being that you blocked them it could most likely mean you had a falling out with this person. Chances are they are not going to spy on you although it is possible. It could also be possible they don’t have you on their contact list any longer. if you go to tools then to options and go to privacy and look on the contact list their should be a box that says alert me when other people add me to their contact list the box should be checked and a view button above that when clicked will show you all those that have you on their list. if this person is their just email them and ask them to please remove you from their list. chances are they will do as you ask.

Enter your firewall and/or proxy server’s address and port number. Contact your network administrator (if you’re at work), or your Internet service provider (if you’re at home) to determine the correct firewall and proxy settings.

If you try all of the steps above and Yahoo! when I upgraded to 7.0 messenger never had a voice chat button. thought yahoo just left that out so I have been going into conference as it is in there and it works fine.
well welcome to BBB tiggersmokin, I have been here a few days and everyone seems so nice and friendly not to mention helpful. take sometime to look around and please feel free to post in any of the number of forums. You will see there are some pretty great people here at bigblueball.

I thought of the processor heating up and used a digital laser thermo to monitor the flux in the Temp to make sure it wasn’t. But can you tell me how I can check and see if the games are filling up the ram? and if it is indeed that. how I can resolve the problem. thanks for your answer
isn’t the new 7.5 a beta version? I have tried a few beta versions of different things and usually find a bug or two to report as this is why they set it up to be tested so these problems can be addressed. changes are it has nothing to do with you doing anything wrong but more a problem to report to yahoo messenger beta team so they are aware the problem is present so they can address it and repair it. I usually never try a beta program on my account I use on a daily bases and use one that has either no friends or a selected few for testing purposes this way no harm no foul. and when you do a beta test may be a good idea to let your friends know that your testing out something new and may not be on messenger for a while so they do not worry about your absence. good luck.
lower left hand of your monitor left click start go to programs then to accessories then to system tools and finally to system information left click to open microsoft system information box. left click tools tab choose internet explorer tool in the drop down menu left click to open new box. choose repair internet explorer. click ok, after the repair it will prompt you to restart your computer choose yes. hope this helps. good luck
I don’t know if this can help but I personally find that when messages are lagging the problem is usually my own system in need of some maintenance. scanning disk for errors and a defragging and a clean up of old files brings everything back upto speed for me. makes good sense to clean your system first or even better make a habit of it. doing a preventative maintenace can save you a ton of worry and headaches.
sometimes people uninstall a program and forget there could be a left over folder some place. I would suggest uninstall messenger then going to the add/remove section and removing anything there that is connected with messenger then I would do a file folder search and type in yahoo messenger and check it using my computer so it checks through your entire system. after that I would go back and reinstall. It sounds like you have something left from a download that is conflicting with the new install. good luck
